✓ 1 package BeanStalk Fish Fingers
✓ 2 vegan brioche buns
✓ 2 vegan cheese slices
✓ 2 lettuce leaves
✓ 8 sandwich pickle slices
✓ 4 tbsp vegan tartar sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook the Fish Fingers
Prepare the BeanStalk Fish Fingers according to the package directions by baking or air-frying until hot, crispy, and golden. For a melty cheese layer, place a vegan cheese slice over the Fish Fingers during the final minute of cooking.
2. Toast the Brioche Buns
Slice the vegan brioche buns in half. Place them cut-side down in a dry skillet or under the broiler and toast for about 1–2 minutes, until lightly golden and crisp around the edges.
3. Add the Tartar Sauce
Spread the vegan tartar sauce evenly over the cut sides of both toasted buns.
4. Build the Sandwiches
Place a lettuce leaf on each bottom bun, followed by the hot crispy Fish Fingers and melted vegan cheese. Add the pickle slices on top.
5. Finish and Serve
Place the top bun over the filling and gently press the sandwich together. Serve immediately while the Fish Fingers are hot and crispy. For extra brightness, add a squeeze of fresh lemon over the Fish Fingers before assembling.
