✓ 1 package BeanStalk Brands Shredz

✓ Your favorite BBQ sauce

✓ 1 package Hawaiian rolls (such as Hero Bread Hawaiian Rolls or your favorite vegan rolls)

✓ 1 can pineapple chunks, drained (optional)

✓ ½ cup vegan shredded cheese (optional)

For the Topping

✓ ½ cup melted vegan butter or oil

✓ 1 tsp brown sugar

✓ 1 tsp garlic powder

✓ 1 tsp ground ginger

✓ 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Optional Toppings

✓ Coleslaw

✓ Chopped onions

✓ Jalapeños

✓ Pickled onions

✓ Sliced bell peppers

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare the Shredz

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Thaw the BeanStalk Brands Shredz overnight in the refrigerator. Place the thawed Shredz in a bowl and toss with enough BBQ sauce to evenly coat without making the mixture overly saucy.

2. Assemble the Sliders

Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a parchment-lined baking dish. Evenly spread the BBQ Shredz over the rolls. Top with the pineapple chunks and vegan cheese, if using, then place the top half of the rolls over the filling.

3. Add the Topping

In a small bowl, combine the melted vegan butter or oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rolls, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.

4. Bake

Bake at 375°F (190°C) until the sliders are heated through, the cheese has melted if using, and the tops are golden brown, about 15–20 minutes.

5. Serve

Serve warm with extra BBQ sauce and a side of coleslaw. Customize with chopped onions, jalapeños, pickled onions, or sliced bell peppers for even more flavor and texture.
